Why is being centered such a hard space to stay in? Time after time of being knocked one way or another and then back to the center ….. and off and on. Today I just want to call it quits, go to a far off land and meditate until my life comes to a close. I need a tougher skin and a stronger heart…. oh yeah …. and a fucking hug.
